128 cfs, temp around 67.5 at 5 am. Water was clear and the normal low release from the dam. Met 2 guys from the forum to fish. Trico and a few caddis. We fished from 5:15 - 10 am. Trico hatch was weaker than normal but I'll guess that was due to the hot temps. Everyone took fish on spinners or smaller nymphs. We did see one nice brown that had to be in the 23-25" class. Might be the biggest trout I've ever seen in that stream. Lots of rain today (Sunday) and hopefully some cooler temps this week will help improve fishing. The Tully is considered to fish best between 100-150 cfs. I actually think it fishes better at 300-400 cfs.
