Fished the tully at the waterworks this afternoon for a bit. Let me start by saying that it is VERY VERY LOW. They really need to up the release soon because the stream is going to run dry at this rate. The temps are approaching too warm, but it was fishable today.

Started at 5 or so and fished right up til dark with a break in there somewhere. Caught decent numbers of fish during a brief blizzard of size 18-22 tan and green caddis. All were healthy and fought well, despite the fact that I was horsing them in to prevent hurting them. Saw a few "sailboat" sulphurs at dark and only saw one of them get taken. Decided to try it anyway and got nothing but refusals so I went back to the caddis.
