Tully 12/31/06 at Limestone Springs Hatchery

Took my 9 year old son with me to fish for a few hours. You know how little kids are. They can't stay focused for too long fishing and they want to catch something so I went where I knew we'd have luck.
The trout are everywhere still. We caught 12 in 2 hours. I let him but everyone back after we unhooked it and let him rel in 7 of them. Had a palomino wiggle off the line.
Good way to end 2006, flyfishing with my son for a bit. He loved it.

well isnt that cute! 😎 but ill tell you this. that kid of yours may be impatient by trout fisherman standards, but hes netted some big trout for you! heres to farmer brown.... 😛int:
