My first trip to Tionesta Creek is usually a shutout because it’s very cold. This year I think I got to the stream too late because the weather was beautiful. It felt like June. I used an olive woolly bugger and had one strike in the first 10 casts. I worked the riffle into deeper water until the sun went behind the mountain. That signaled the end of my day. Hopefully others had better luck.
