A friend of mine has been wanting to learn to fly fish so I figured we could go out on the Tully and I could teach him to roll cast some nymphs maybe get him his first trout on a fly rod. So we headed out to rebers bridge,,, I got him set up with my 8' 5wt and we headed down to the water. The flow was a little low but at a nice level and the water was very clear and extremly cold at 36 degrees . So I didn't expect much action but was supprised that within the 2 hours I hooked 3 and landed 1. Fish looked nice and healthy and I heard they float stocked it this year so all the fish won't be in one hole, thank you GOD, lol ,, and well Josh didn't get his first trout he did enjoy him self and giving someone the gift of the love of fly fishing is priceless.
