The Run-Boiling Springs, Cumberland Co, 02/06/11

Water in the lake was very low. In the run i had one take a Elk Hair Caddis. Saw a spin fisherman snagging fish, He left after he saw me.But came back and released a multi-colored koi into the run. I still don't know why.Fish on the run were not very active but another fisherman caught some on what appeared to be a bread fly, very effective. I was using a #18 tan elk hair caddis when i got the rainbow.Overall worth the trip had the creek all to myself other then about 45 minutes.

I would have called a WCO. In the future, do your part and report that nonsense.
