Finally some of the weather we've been waiting for! Kicked around The Run and Children's Lake for an hour or two. Didn't fish much, spent more time giving Benny a much needed walk. He can be seen below surveying the scene. Didn't see too many guys catching fish and no insect activity during the short period of time I was there. There didn't seem to be a lot of fish in the Run, I think it could use a stocking. The parking lot was packed, it almost looked like opening day. The Run was slightly stained and 56 degrees F. The main stem Yellow Breeches was cloudy but a decent fishable level and a surprisingly warm 45 degrees. Anyway, it was a beautiful day - hope you were able to get outside today too.
