Maybe they were objective and polite disagreements as you suggest. Maybe you were heavy handed and politically took a side. Maybe this isn’t a forum on thoughts and ideas. Maybe it’s a forum on your ideals. Yea, I’m a little pissed at what took place.

You chose to quantify them as political by tying your viewpoint to a specific political ideology. No one else did, you did. Up until then, the thread was fine.
I never commented on my personal beliefs as to this subject, and I don’t think anyone on here knows my political leanings (if any), because I respect the site’s rules and don’t discuss them. Your post mentioned specific political ideologies, and attempted to tie those to the subject being discussed. That is why it was deleted. You are more than free to resume the discussion and support your viewpoint, just leave the politics out of it.
