Fished the Kish on Saturday from 8:30 to 12:00. We didn't catch anything until around 10:00 when the guides stopped iceing up. After that we managed about 12 fish between 2 of us. Most were caught on a copper john and the rest on a baetis nymph. We fished the "narrows" section which has some awesome water with lots of structure. All in all it was a good couple hours fishing this stream. We had never fished it before but plan to go back when there is more water in it. I only saw 1 or 2 caddis in the air. I didn't take the water temp but the air temp was below freezing when we started and was probably in the mid 40s when we left.
