Fished out of the parks above the rink, from mid morning til late. (almost dark) It was sunny, hot as blazes, and breezy to the point where it was often hard to control the line. Bugs were mostly caddis, with some Gordons here and there. The rises were sporadic, and the wind was partly to blame. The water was clear, and kicking along at a nice pace. I fished down most of the day, but put on a dry (caddis) when there were a few steady rises, and caught the only two fish I rose. One was a feisty 13" rainbow that slurped down my Bow Tie caddis on the second drift. It got crowded towards evening, but during the day I managed to find solitude, and fish by hiking away from the lots. Hooked a bunch of fish, including a large sucker, and generally had a good time.
