Took advantage of Saturday morning's good forecast and ventured west to the Susquehanna. Water temp was 46 when we started around 8am, and 48 by the time we wrapped up around 1pm. Fish were no longer spread out in the usual productive areas, but once we found a pattern, we boated 10 fish in an hour or so. All fish were caught near scattered, loose rocks on a shallow (less than 4' deep) flat. Fish were colorful and getting fat; and while I' not a believer in the "hot fly," a clouser purple darter was the only pattern that produced.
