Susquehanna River, York Co. 09/21/17

Fished from my kayak at Wrightsville from 3:30 to 6:30, gage at Harrisburg was 3.4 feet, water relatively clear. Caught 6 smallmouth bass on poppers 2 @ 12 inches, 2 @ 14 inches, and 2 @ 16 inches. All were heavy fish and appeared to be healthy. All fish were caught between 4:00 and 5:15.

Enjoyable evening. Summer ending too soon!

I really need to get out on the river some more while it's nice, and before I start this new job.

I live a few minutes away from the river and haven't fished more than an hour or so at a time all year.
