Hey people got some time on the river this past weekend searching for some smallies.Well we did find a few but the weather wasn,t hepling much.We started at the laceyville bridge and walked/Drifted down steam for about a mile or so.The smallies must be feeding on shinners because most fish were taken on minnow patterns.Ive been running a pattern of bunny hair and hula wrap and hula rap is a pain in the but to work with but it gives a lot of flash.Fish seemed to hit on a slow strip about a foot at a time(NO More No less)Dont ask me why it just seemed to be.Also at the end of the drift we would just give it a little twitch while holding it down stream.Hope it helps someone land the monster of a life time.
