Headed out to the susky and J with some friends. Didn't really have the right rod for the job so I fished my long 5 weight while canoeing and wet wading. Only caught a big chub looking whitefish guy and that was about it. Everyone I was with was fishing Hellgramites with spin gear and we all struck out. That's what we get for fishing the middle of the day like that. I only fished the J for about 20 minutes before saying to hell with it and going swimming 🙂
