Butler Co home, Forest Co camp
Air temp was 75 degrees, clear sunny day and I fished from 515pm to 630pm. Water was high and off color but fishable. The sun had been on the water all day and water temp was 61 degrees. Very little insect activity. I saw a few caddis, 1 mayfly and one small dark stonefly.

The fish were not active. I tried a couple different streamers, a wooly bugger and a pheasant tail nymph but had no strikes. I was on my way to camp so I kept my stay short especially since the fish seemed to be dormant. This has been a pretty slow year so far for me with either cold weather and less than favorable stream conditions.

Don't feal alone...this weather has been making it tuff
