STREAM REPORTS NOTICE
All three threads are the same no need to open others. I just wanter the notices to drift down the page, so I locked them.

What Information To Include
as the season takes off, reports will proliferate and it will be a burden for the moderators to have to edit post to maintain the title conformity. It is much easier if the poster titles correctly in the first place.
Keep in mind that the reports gain their value by being searchable. This is the reason for the titling requirements. The board encourages stream reports.
