Water was up and cold along with being a little off. Current was strong and deep and was hard getting it down without an unnatural drift in this hole but i managed to convince the younger brother that midges are tasty. So after about 90 drifts and 10 different flies he finally inhaled. Anyone know what kind of nymph that is on the rock?

Really enjoyed your pictures. The first appears to be a mayfly nymph of some type and the second is the "green rock worm" or caddis nymph. Great pictures!

uhh ohh mute... is that a spin rod I see in the pic with the pali? You pulled the old... I caught him on corn and swapped a fly in his mouth just for the picture to fool all us paflyfish guys... lol jk.

Very nice fish, I know guys on here think the pali's are ugly, but everyone has to catch atleast one... I still have not.

Glad someone's out there fishing... I haven't been out in weeks and the first day can't come any sooner. (might sneak out this week if the grannoms start coming off)
