Mute & I met up on Stoney which was recently stocked. There certainly are fish to be found. Brookies, Rainbows, browns, even a palomino or two are left. They are holding very hard to the pools in which they were planted.

Mute did well on micro buggers and nice #20 olive/muskrat midge patterns. I should have been fishing micro buggers and #20 olive/ muskrat midge patterns.

Was a fun time. This one fish from today had a REALLY bad gash on its stomach from something.

Holy crap. Poor fish.

I know it's not the most remote stream, but are there herons around?

Yea, there are. And yea i felt bad reeling him in, making him excert all that energy. I couldn't see my self doing to great after running a mile with my insides hanging out
