Sorry to chime in late here.
As far as I know Stewarts Run is RUMORED to have wild fish in it. I can show you various links that claim the stream holds wild brown and brook trout.
I have not fished Stewarts much but have a few times. I have never caught a wild fish out of it. I have talked to various people that also have never caught a wild fish out of the stream. I dont know what is going on here but I wonder if it did at one time and something has changed. Maybe land use or some other event. Either way, I have never seen a wild fish come out of it. This is what could happen when a stream IS NOT on the Natural Reproduction List and should be. I would be willing to bet land practices, water usage or some similar event have made the trout move on or die.
As far as that dirt drive you speak of, im not sure which one your talking about. I have fished to the end of the FFO section to the wire. I have even fished a little bit downstream from there but I dont know which bridge your speaking of.
I would walk down it sometime and ask permission if you see a house.
