Fished Spring creek on Tuesday, for about 2 hrs. between rain and thunder storms water had a good flow and clear. I didn't see any bugs, no rising fish, or did I get a hit.
Fished Fishing creek the next day and things were all together differnt. Fished in the cottage area, water was very clear and seamed a little low.
It was the best day of fishing I've had in a long time, not becauce of all the fish I caught but because of new glasses, no hassle tying knots or putting on flies, no problems wading, just had a great day.
I did lose count of the fish I caught but it had to be in double figures, I think 13 or 14, with two bigs guys in the mix.
Caught three with the orange ant, the two biggest one with the ant. All other fish caught with a blue quill comparadun, never can get over the beauty of the fish in fishing creek
I had to go down the raod to turn around when I was leaving, were I turn around the Blue quill were doing their dance, the sky was full of them, wanted to stop but had to get giong!
