Hit the Paradise this Sunday morning with a friend for 3 hours. When we arrived, about 10:00 am, we had the entire FP to ourselves (a couple fellas showed up shortly later). Fishing was very tough. Saw no caddis and very little fish activity. We did manage a few small fish high sticking nymphs but it was slow. There was one pod of risers in a predicatable location but they were sipping some awfully small stuff. I managed three on a #22 CDC BWO but mostly got refusals. While it's always nice to fish Spring Creek, the catchin wasn't great today. Cold and blustery.

To add to Fishidiot's report on Spring. I also fished it on Sunday. I fished Benner Springs. Very slow fishing in the AM. About 1 in the afternoon BWO's started and it lasted about 45 min. I happened to be fishing a pool that had risers everywhere. Not one hit with a drag free drift, but when I skated the fly they took it. By 2 there was just a rise here and there. I walked up from the prison ground around 6 and did not see another fisherman until I got close to the bridge. Also had a gobbler fly just over my head and across the creek......scared the shioot out of me for a second.
