Air temp was 65 when I started fishing at 10am and it was 73 degrees when I finished at 1pm. Overcast day, with 5 minutes of sprinkles here and there. Water temp was 56 degrees and the stream was in nice shape. Saw 3 different mayflies but I didn't get any to hand. Size 20 dark wings dark body, size 16 dark wings reddish body, size 12 dark wings dark body. Also saw some size 16-18 caddis. No hatch per se but they were most abundant around 11am.

I fished streamers and nymphs with strikes coming on streamers. I only caught 3 but got the mini slam (brook, brown, rainbow). Spring Creek is one of only 2 streams I fish that you have a real shot at catching all 3 in the same day. I've done it in 2 other streams but only once each.
