Spring Creek, Centre County, Benner Springs, 3/4/20

Fished downstream from Benner Springs. Air temp,was 50*, overcast to pt sunny, wind gusts up to 20 mph, unknown water temp, water was slightly green stained from overnight rain, but water levels were perfect.

Occasional BWO weRe observed, but saw no rises. Picked up one small wild brown on a 18 PT.

Not too productive from a fishing standpoint, but nice to be out (except the wind giving occasional fits)

Thank you for the report. Fish or no fish, it’s always nice to be up there. I’m headed somewhere up in that direction today. I will throw an update in late this evening or tomorrow.
