Had a great time fishing Spring Creek today. Caught a bunch on green weenies and some on a tan caddis. The fish in shallow water proved to be a challenge. My poor casting definitely put some fish down. BWO hatch (very small) occurred in the afternoon, but using a size 20 BWO yielded no results.

Nice, I was at paradise briefly this evening so I'll just add on to your report. Found a few sipping midges but couldn't get a good drift, got a few looks from one fish though. Missed one on a caddis dry. Eventually just put on an olive woolly bugger and started nailing them. After landing two and missing a bunch more I wanted to try something new. Put on a tiny orange and white streamer I use for brookies in winter and they absolutely murdered it, although I didn't actually hook any. First time I ever tried that fly on browns and I guess I have to tie some up in bigger sizes.
