Drove up to Spring creek this morning. It has been about 14 year since I have fished the stream. Started at the Benner Springs area down stream. The air temp was 62 and the water temp was 54. Clarity was a little tinted but not bad considering the water is a little.
Missed many, landed some. Taking micro nymphs and streamers (buggers). Pretty day, many people fishing.
On a non-fishing note, I heard 2 male grouse drumming this morning and saw an adult bald eagle. Beautiful place.
