Remarkably Spring Creek still isn't clear yet. Its been slow to improve beyond a deep murky green color. Visibility was about 5 inches in the houserville section. Water was about 44 degrees and very high. I fished after work 5pm-dark. There were some olives and midges in the air, probably from the afternoon. No rising fish.
Managed only 4 dinky fish on nymphs. Spoke to another guy who hooked up with 2.
We had a half inch of rain last night, but it barely registered a blip on the gauge. It's at about 220 cfs at houserville (normally about 60-70).
May be one more day or two.

Thanks for the report. I will be there on Friday. I'm glad this newest batch of rain didn't do much to stream levels.

I was there on the 15th also from about 12 - 3:30. I was up around paradise in the FFO section. I seen a few fish rise but couldn't see what they were rising at. I ended up catching 6 and hooking up on some others and they were all on nymph patterns also. Everyone up that way I talked to wasn't having much luck.
