I was waiting for Squaretail to make this report, I know he could have done a better Job and with pics but he must be busy working!

We had a couple of very nice days, water was in good shape, with good temps.

I couldn't wait to tell you people about the day this guy had on Spring. All the years that I have been fishing Spring, I have never seen a guy or gal have a day like he had, not only with the anount of fish he caught but the different fish and the size of the fish.

After awhile I just sat on the bank and watch the show he was putting on. I know he must have caught over 20 fish, the biggest one a 24 and 3/4 rainbow, it was beautiful, what colors, one 18 " brookie and many more. I think he caught them all on scuds and sanJuan worm!

I hope he will give a better reportwith some pics. I have some pics but the old dumbie dont know how to put them in.

BTW, I didn't catch a fish!

Did he show you the 30 inch brown Paul? I'll assume he didn't catch it or you would have said something...

I'm glad old Squaretail got into them, he's a good man!

Paul:

You're not going to convert to dredge fishing now, are you?

Seriously though, did you guys look for, or see any tricos? I sure didn't see many up there a few weeks ago

DFG

No, It won't change my style, although it made a hell of a statement for nymphing!

I didn't see any tricos, we may have gotten there to late. The times I have fish Spring in trico season this year, the trico hatch has been poor, IMO!
