I had heard the grannoms were on the creek below Bellefonte. Water was rising in the morning due to overnight rain. Arrived about noon in Milesburg. Saw only a few grannoms coming off. Caught two nice browns on emerging sparkle pupa in two hours before the rising water chased me off. I moved to the paradise mid-afternoon. Olives were hatching there in good numbers, but discolored water meant very few rising fish.
It was nice to get out on the water. Looking forward to widespread grannoms in the near future on other streams.
