I think it is one of the Drunella species. Drunella Cornuta is my guess. I like the common name Olive Morning Dun for these.

They were the original blue winged olives in the US before we started calling the various Baetis species by that name. Still called BWOs in the Catskills, and are much more closely related to the British fly of that name (where we got the name from) than either is to any Baetis.

I think Charles Meck called them olive sulfurs.
