Fished the Rock last night. I fished and area just North of RT 422 from 8:15 to 10:45. Water was in good shape and just slightly off color. White Flies were coming off in decent numbers. Landed a few all on top using a size 10 generic white fly. Missed many more. I found that making many casts and letting the fly slap the water produces more strikes. Dry fly fishing at night for bass with a 4wt ??????????/ :-D

Good for you Bruno!

I was downstream of there in the bottom end of McConnell's Mills park on Saturday night and saw quite a few white flys, but no rising smallies. I think the hatch is just getting rolling. Fishing should be good for the remainder of this week.

I saw no one else on the stream. I assume your experience was the same?
