In the morning fished the upper savage. Missed a number but brought a stockie rainbow and small Brookie to hand. Water level was low and I spooked a number of fish. Thunderstorms drove me off the water for a few hours. Fished the upper again but same deal with the showers. Rain let up and I headed to the pHD hole as it was close to the road.
Rises to sulphurs were occuring and I brought two nice browns to hand rather quickly. Lightning and torrential rainfall finally drove me off the water. Most hits on a small stimulator in the upper river. Caught the two browns on sulphur emergers. Fishing today will post later.
