Fished the 18th and 19th mostly in the upper fly zone. Water was below 300 ft but clear, weather was cold in mornings 30’s but warm in afternoons 60’s. Lucky enough to have Bob and Josh from the fly rod shop, http://www.flyrodshop.com/ as guides ‘cause they put us on the fish the first thing. Between three of us I think the numbers were something like 24 to hand for 54 hookups the first morning. The go to fly was my San Juan Worm. Stayed at Fox Hollow which was cheap and good enough for three crusty fishermen. Would post pictures but still can’t figure out how to get the picture small enough to load( Maybe Bob or Josh can load some). Had a great time looking forward to another trip next spring.
