Time Fished: 330pm - 600pm

Weather Conditions: 47 degrees, Mix of Sun and Clouds

Water Conditions: 43 degrees, Flow was about as heavy as it gets but with good visibility

Insects: 1 caddis

I fished the lower end after all of the weekend campers pulled out. Caught a brook trout on my only strike. The riffles that generally hold fish weren’t fishable today. The holes were mostly fishable but only on the inside seam with several split shot.

There was one truck when I arrived, but he was gone before I made it down that far. Another truck came later and he caught 2 on bait and said not many fish taken out on Friday and Saturday due to poor conditions. Should be some fish here when the water warms up, but that might be awhile. Calling for a low of 28 degrees tonight. It’s not been good weather for turkey hunting or fishing but I’m up all week.
