I fished from 2pm - 4pm. Air temp was about 70 degrees. Water temp was 50 degrees and stream was clear and had good flow. I saw a few caddis, several mayflies that I believe were Red Quill and a really nice size 12 spinner.
I fished a section that is no longer stocked (too far to hand carry the fish). I did not see a boot track but I didn't have a strike either. Despite no fish, it is a nice stretch of water (my favorite stretch on this stream) and I'll take the solitude over being crowded out. Seeing the mayflies was nice also.
