Ants seem to be a surface ticket. i visited this stream in a group of three various days in october. we caught various fish on various flies. most of the fish caught were old and a few large ones. deep colored rainbows. two on a olive flash bugger and one on a brown caddis emerger. san jaun worms produced. mostly pink ones. cream colored meta eggs caught a few fish. white wooly buggers also produced a few fish. midge larva patterns are also working. good luck to everyone as the weather gets cold. the fishing is gonna get hot, but make sure you stay warm! 🙂 whisky will do the trick :-D 😛int:
