Quittapahilla, Lebanon Co, 7/17/11

Fished the Quitty today from about noon till 2:00.Tried a couple different holes and had no action at all with dries or nymphs untill a couple kids jumped in the hole i was fishing(they were swimming)...moved down stream, about 2 holes up from the footbridge and saw a couple of risers...caught 2 nice fat brownies on sized 16 royal wulffs. I didn't have a thermometer so I didn't get a stream temp but the water that leaked in my waders felt pretty cool,left about 2pm and there were still fish rising. Smoked a cigar and caught a couple fish ....good day

My favorite is catching fish, a smoke, and a miller high life light. That's a day to me.
