Fished Plum Creek today for the first time from 3-6. Worked up stream from the confluence with Halter for a couple hundred yards. There was a steady trickle of BWO’s. Only saw one rise. Caught 10 brownies. Most were 8 to 10” with a few around 13-14”. All were on either a Tungsten Torpedo or a Brush Hog nymph. Really tight quarters in that section. It must be a real challenge back there once the trees and underbrush are fully grown. Spent plenty of time up in those trees too lol.

What never ceases to amaze me though is the amount of trash some of these creeks and rivers have on their banks. It looked like there must have been a pretty good flood recently, so I’m sure it washed a lot of garbage downstream.
