Pennypack Creek (Trust), Montgomery Co., 12/22/2013

Avoiding crazy shopping traffic, I decided to flick some flys in the trust noon to 3PM. Tried black, olive and a couple of nymphs but not a tap. Water was stained and up but certainly fishable. Maybe they were fed when the was higher ? Found reports that there were some numbers caught farther down stream. So figured there must be some that preferred a cleaner quieter location farther north. But no luck.

I'm assuming this is Pennypack Creek over near Philly? Which county (Montco?) is the section you fished located in? I'll add that info to the title line. Thanks.
