I usually fish the trust, but on a wim, I fished from Pine downstream to Rhawn.

I have not fished this stretch in a long while. It seems that the winters heavy rain really cleaned out a lot of silt.

I found many new fallen sweepers, and deep holes that I guarantee that the worm drowners walk right past.

Dredged 6 stocked bows out total...and i could probably kept on, but the old lady kept calling my phone.

I may hit upstream of Lorimar tomorrow.

Please include the county in the subject/title line.

Was this in Philadelphia County?
Thanks,
DW

Nice report! I had a similar experience on the Wissy earlier this week, targeting riffles and runs, not holes.

Yes, the portion I fished was in Philly.

Thanks man. Maybe I should hit up the Wissahicken.

How do you make out fishing in the trust? Its not even 10 mins from home for me but i never had any luck there. Only tried it a couple times. Seems there is not much water in the creek there unless you get there right after a rain event

Water hasnt been low in the trust since last summer. That being said.

The trust is only stocked by T.U. 468, so it isnt stocked as much as the other parts. But it is far less poached. And the fish are bigger and happier.

I say give it another shot.
