Penns Creek, Mifflin County, 10/10/16

Fished Penns below Panther Run yesterday from about 0800-1030. Nice cool morning probably around 40 degrees or so at the start, didn't get a water temp. The water is obviously really low but there are fish spread out in the good holes, seams and pockets. Just had to walk a bit to find them. Got 6 browns: 1 about 12", 1 about 15" and 4 little guys ranging from 6-10". Also 3 chubs. All took a size 14 BH flashback PT. Started to get a bit windy and the water was skinnier the further up I walked so I called it early. Overall a good morning.

I fished it Friday through the tunnel to the parking lot in weikart. water was low and wasn't worth the trip I caught 7 in the deeper holes biggest was 14-15. Caught 3 pretty big bass as well. Some of the branches were about dry was depressing to see it that bad.
