Penns Creek Mifflin/Centre 4/14-4/15

I got some texts, pics and videos from yinzer crew. They had a different experience. 20-30 fish per man in the 13-18" range. I know one of those guys only fishes on top. Doesn't surprise me since Penns sometimes takes no prisoners when there's big soup

And yet another stinger. OUCH!

Good to hear Kray.

That Hansel. He's hot right now.

I saw that the forecast is calling for about a 1/2" of rain on Saturday. I was planning on coming up that day and fishing the weekend. I know Penns is temperamental with rain, but I figured since its low at the moment that rain is likely a good thing? I don't fish it enough to really have a handle on how much rain is a "bad" thing (for fishing at least).

1/2“ of rain will have virtually no affect on the flow and can further improve the fishing.
