fished penns from about 11am till 7. water levels are perfect actually a little low for this time of year. Grannoms and Hendricksons were the primary bugs with an occasional March Brown. caught 4 on Hendricksons. not much in surface activity until the grannoms came back to lay eggs. couldn't fool them on a caddis but when i threw the Hendrickson out there they did not hesitate to take it. water temps were in the low 50's. with the trees not fully bloomed and the low water the creek is warming up. we need some rain. had reports of lots of march browns coming off near glen iron.
