Penns Creek, Centre County 8/7/08
Water was low about 88 cfs. Fished around Coburn, Ingleby, and Poe Paddy. Was cyrstal clear and low the holes were flowing well alot of caddis still on the rocks. I saw spawning trout and caught several aggressive trout on streamers.
