On Sunday we stayed in Coburn on Penns Creek. We fished in between rain storms. The creek ultimately got some color back (brown). However, the Penns Creek gage only got to around 650 cfs up from around 550 cfs. I saw a few rising fish but not many. There were Sulphus, Grey Foxes and Crane Flies. However, sub-srface was the way ti go. I brought one in on a #8 Olive Woolly Bugger.
