Spent a long weekend at the cabin and fished Penns all three nights. Thursday and Friday night I absolutely slayed them with a white spinner, (not sure what to call it). Most were around 10 inches but managed to land a half dozen between 14-16 inches. Penns is getting into perfect shape right now, cold, clear, perfect flow, just hope the rain holds off for the upcoming drake hatch. It was weird all three nights there were good hatches and lots of risers about 3/4 mile above the old railroad bridge in poe paddy but around and below the bridge the risers were far and few between.
