It's a petition so there is no mail in. You need to secure actual signatures. If you don't know how it works, save it.

petitions are notorious for having a large percentage of invalid signatures. This is why they need to stop using them in official proceedings or- its the 2020's make the petitioner scan a drivers license to generate an electronic petition.Opps I forgot AWFULs tell me some people can't figure out how to get an ID-LOL
