I fished Oil Creek for a few hours today. It was 56, overcast and windy. The flow was at 556 cfs. The water was clear with a green tint. There were a lot of guys and not so many rising fish. I picked off the only rising fish I saw. They were rising to caddis on the far bank. The wind and the high water made it tough. I saw midges, caddis, and a couple of march browns on the water. It should be really god tomorrow as long as the rain holds off.
