Water at a decent, fishable level with good visibility but cold. It hasn't been into anything like the 20's at night, but it hasn't been warming-up in the day and gray, gray skies. No sign of grannoms at all. Not sure if I missed them from one weekend to the next. I doubt it because I have seen NOTHING. Usually if I miss them, I see some trace of caddis. Nothing.
Caught 3 rainbows on pale pink sucker spawn in 2+ hours on the water. Fished the upper part of the Petroleum Centre area. Very few people out and most showed within the last 45 min I was there, leaving.

Decent hatch from 10AM-11AM on the 27th.
Then, during the cold and wet spell, the bugs didn't show until late afternoon. More of a trickle than a full hatch.
4/30 and 5/1 was back to normal morning activity.
