Fished the lower OC (don't call it that) project from 10-1 (chased off by thunder storms). Intermittent little black stones in the air, few midges and BWO. Saw 1 stoner come back to the water. No rises. Missed (stung) 1 good rainbow on an olive bugger (swinging) and had a few other short swipes. Air and water were perfect. Expected more fish/insect activity- too soon?
