Fished from 09:30 to 14:00 with clear skies, temps starting in the 70s and peaked at 84deg at 14:00. The creek was flowing around 320cfs and clear, water temp 60deg. Grannom caddis activity intermittent throughout but very little surface action. I was able to take a fat rainbow on a grannom dry. Noticed that several rises were aggressive with a few jumping 1-2 feet out of the water. Switched to a bead head diving caddis and had plenty of action, landing 3 rainbows with several missed takes. Overall a fantastic day on the water.
